I do not own a business but I love your products. Where can I buy them?

To find a store near you, check out our "Find a Coffee Shop" here. Call ahead to make sure the customer has what you are looking for. They may even be able to bring it in for you. If you can't find what you are looking for, try TheCafeConnection.com where you can purchase any product we sell.

Do you have any sales or promotions?

Yes, every month we put certain coffees and teas on sale. Check here for current promotions. Make sure you register your email address for our newsletter so you are the first to know about new products and sales. Click here to register.

Does CCR charge sales tax?

No. We are a wholesale only company and do not have the capabilities to charge tax. This is why we need to have a tax exempt number from every customer.

Product Questions

Is your coffee gluten free?

While our coffee is gluten free, our facility is not certified as a gluten free facility. Even tiny amounts of gluten can be a problem for some people, and these may be present in the facilities of our suppliers of ingredients.

What are the ingredients in your coffee?

Our coffee is just Arabica coffee. Our flavored coffees contain natural and artificial flavors and Arabica coffee. Both contain no nutritional value. Our flavored coffees contain no sweeteners, sugars or calories, just oil based flavoring extracts. You can learn about our flavoring process here

What are my shipping options?

Chicago Coffee Roastery, Inc. provides a variety of delivery options to suit your needs.

UPS Shipping
We ship via UPS and offer Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day and Next Day. Click here for our Shipping Information page for more information. 

Pick up 
Please allow at least two hours for order processing before pickup. Some items may require additional time. Your orders can be picked up at:

Weekly Truck Delivery
For purchases with a $50 minimum, CCR will provide a free truck delivery, on designated days of the week, for customers in our delivery area. To find out if you are in our delivery area call 800.762.5402. Orders to be delivered via truck must be submitted by noon the business day prior to your scheduled delivery day. If you are order online for a weekly truck delivery, please use promo code "van".

I order from you via phone all the time but my email address won't log me in online?

Our website and order entry software are separate. Even though you are already a customer, you will need to register on the website for online access.

Can I track my order?

Yes, if you placed an order online you can track it through the website. Log in < Order History < Order Details < Tracking Number. If you click tracking number it will take you directly to the UPS website. If you placed an order over the phone you can call and we can provide you with the tracking number.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

In the event that you would like to cancel an order, please call us immediately. Because we roast to order, we cannot cancel or modify an order after it has been processed.

What is your shipping policy?

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. CCR cannot guarantee delivery dates and will not refund shipping charges for items not delivered on time unless refunded by UPS.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Our shipping rates are from UPS depend on the destination zip code and the total weight of the shipment. One easy way to get an estimate is to use our online shopping cart. Add items you want and then in the shopping cart, enter your zip code to the right to get an estimate. This can be done without actually placing an order. Some variance will occur due to commercial/residential shipments.

Do you offer drop shipping?

Yes, we do. The order must meet our minimum of $25. Please make mention of it when ordering and adjust the shipping address accordingly.

Can I ship my order on my UPS account?

No. Unfortunately, because of our free shipping program our system does not allow it.

Equipment Questions

Does CCR provide installation/repair services?

Yes, CCR has a certified technician who can do both install and repair work. Either you can ship your equipment to us or we can do on-site repairs in the Chicago area. For other areas, give us a call and we can refer you to a local service.

Does CCR sell parts for the equipment they sell?

Yes, we can order in parts for the equipment we sell and even for some we don't sell. Call for details.
