At any one time, we offer between 20 and 30 different varieties of coffee. Each coffee is imported from a different country or "origin", also known as Varietals. We always purchase the finest coffee we can find, only Arabica coffee, and only the highest grade of coffee possible. In some cases we offer coffee from one particular estate or plantation.

As with all coffee from Chicago Coffee Roastery, we roast only the coffee we need for each day's orders. We keep no roasted coffee on hand. All coffee is roasted, packaged, and shipped in the same 24 hour period.

All our coffee is sold by the pound, in 5 pound bags. Except for Jamaican, Kona and Puerto Rican.

Coffee is roasted to your preference. From our lightest American Roast to dark Espresso Roast.
